Bodybuilders are like a "god" or "demi god" in the fitness world. Every time when I see someone in the gym looking all muscular and bigger, that's how a bodybuilder looks. They're like super humans in my opinion. In my way of performing all fitness activities and workouts, it is clear that I wanted to maintain and protect my healthy well being and lifestyle, but I've always done rigorous and brutal weightlifting and weights exercises... mostly, but not always, the heavy ones. Weights, cardio and body mobility is a part of my training routine every seven days a week.

My biggest fitness ambition is to have my body transformation bigger and stronger. I've done so many training workout in maintaining my physique, even if it means of getting bulkier and shredded around my body. Why?... Because it's always on muscle development. I've always felt the feeling of pain when I'm doing my exercise. I described it as "fire, raging and burning inside of me." The kind of feeling makes me stronger like I'm in deep anger, or using this so-called "dark side" in me. Yet, I do sweat a lot of times. Sweat shows excellent results, especially bodybuilding.

Most bodybuilders that I've seen or know have proven to be as healthy, or knowing the means of being healthy. I deeply inspire their workout videos, photo shoots and selfies on Instagram. Not all bodybuilders have proven to be what they really are... because of STEROIDS.

I hate steroids so much! People, especially bodybuilders, injected this kind of drug onto themselves using syringes. I've seen so many videos on YouTube, especially the Jodie Marsh video, relating to the use of steroids. I was so disgusted to see people injecting steroids onto their body. It's like your muscles and your body trying bloat like a balloon. It's not healthy to take steroids. There can be side effects. One funny side of effects is that most steroids can wear off, making your skin into an "excess skin" (watch this on Family Guy).

Anyway, enough about steroids. Let's get back to the topic.

The journey of bodybuilding is all on developing and enjoying your healthy well being. This means eating a well balanced diet with less or no cardio, targeting your daily exercise, making a routine per day and hard training performance, especially showing some results. Muscle development can usually happen for months, as long as you're having a better diet and lifestyle. There are so much fascination and appreciation from publicity when it comes to bodybuilding development. Prove that your body physique is developed and toned and maintain your well being. When it comes to modelling from an agency or for publicity, try to show off your physique out of confidence. It's like being featured on a health magazine, websites or any adverts. It takes a better development that your body is in need of muscles, mobility and results.
